48hrs of food

WOW Ive been eating the most amazing food and drinking the best nihonshu this past 48hrs. Last nite I dined at a great sakana restaurant. Kokubunji has some of the best places to eat and drink. Tonite Shihan nd Miyuki Sensei had a little party. We ate a pigs face from Okinawa and some of the finest shochu and about a million pieces of sushi. Im so full I might explode！

Tonite Ryo had a great fight at Korakuen. It was a great fight and we are all very proud！ We had a great celebration in some izakaya in Suidobashi and now everyones a little drunk

Last night I had a great dinner with my policemen friends. We went to a fantastic restaurant in Shinjuku on the 49th floor, it was such an awesome view. If you guys are reading this I hope you have such a wonderful time in your new exotic locations. Email me lots.

Fuchu Tournament

yesterday I helped out at a Josai Branch Tournament in Fuchu. The morning was adult men only fighting-no women. My friends Terashima Sempai and Yuta won the lightweight and middleweight divisions. We had lots of kids fighting from Minami O-one broke his arm！ I have seen many injuries in Kyokushin but its always hard to watch a child get hurt. Its pretty sad.

Today Mike and I trained for 3hrs at gym. We started with mits then weights. Lots kettlebells and core training. I can now do all my cable exercises while kneeling on the swiss ball：）

Minami Osawa Dojo

Tonight Im teaching karate to small monsters. Every Wed and Fri I help Kawasaki Sensei teach the kids. Their pretty cool. I love Kaito hes the smallest but the bravest.
Tonight there were just over 80 kids from 3yrs old-16yrs. We have many small champions in this dojo

Sorry it's been ages since my last blog. I got really sick and had to hide in the dark for a week but have finally recovered and am back to my happy self. I had a great New Years Eve with my Shihan at the temple. The Monks kept us really busy but it was really enjoyable and good for my soul. On the 2nd I went to The Imperial Palace and listened to the Emperor's New Year speech. The palace is so beautiful, it was a great day.
